This page is not correct - I know I have interest as I work at Jam Filled and also worked at the previous companies. But the truth is, this Jam Filled purchased some of the physical assets of Arc Productions - it did not purchase Arc Productions. This page should remain as Arc Productions with a statement indicating that it went bankrupt and a significant portion of the assets were purchases by Jam Filled. A new Jam Filled page should be created - Jam Filled is celebrating its 10 year anniversary this year. It has it's own history and we do not want people to think Arc Productions just renamed itself.

If that is true, why would Jam Filled Toronto have an article? Jam Filled was purchased by Boat Rocker the same day Arc Productions went Bankrupt. How can a company that went bankrupt get an article, but one that is still running doesn't qualify? These are other links I found.
Arc Productions was notable before the bankruptcy, plus there's good depth of coverage on them. If JFT is the successor company of Arc, then it's the same company, and the notability "carries over". JF is not notable just because its parent company purchased the assets of a notable company that went bankrupt. —C.Fred (

This is my entire point in the first place - JFT is not the successor company of Arc. JFT has never existed. Boat Rocker purchased Jam Filled then Jam Filled purchased part of the assets of Arc Productions. There is no citation for JFT because it never existed. Jhickson (

"Jam Filled Toronto[citation needed] (formerly known as Arc Productions and Starz Animation)" - There has not been a citation added to confirm the changes made in September that can verify this claim. It should be changed back to Arc Productions. Jhickson (

Jam Filled Toronto → Arc Productions – Per discussion above, Jam Filled is not a successor company of Arc Productions; it merely purchased assets belonging to Arc. Jam Filled—or its parent, Boat Rocker–would need to separately meet
WP:CORP and
WP:GNG to qualify for an article. (At this time, it appears that neither qualifies.) —C.Fred (
