Maybe this is not consequential... but Mary and Jane both have four letters and Watson has six, but it is bisyllabic compound composed of Wat and Son, three letters each. So, if you split that up and added it, you would have two pairs of 3 and 4 which add up to two 7s. Of course, that does not explain the third seven... MaryWat JaneSon!
