Comment I don't see that
Isabel II needs to be moved anywhere at all. Just overwrite it with a redirect to
Isabella II of Spain and hatnote the ship there. Per
WP:TWODABS, we don't need a disambiguation page at all. As nom correctly notes, usage (and for that matter, page views) heavily favour the queen over the ship, and there's nothing else to which this lemma could refer in English.

Because of the way the move templates work it looks like the proposal is intended to move the dab, but I think it means that a primary topic redirect should be instituted. This seems reasonable. There is already a hatnote at
Isabella II of Spain for the ship, and
Isabella II already redirects to
Isabella II of Spain. This looked more like a valid dab page in
recent versions, but I agree with the removal of
Elizabeth II.
