This is a split from (the very long) South Africa under apartheid, as mooted and approved on its talk page. 9Nak ( talk) 14:54, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
"Internal resistance" is a very emotive term. Wouldn't "internal opposition", or better still, "domestic opposition" be better? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.197.15.138 ( talk) 19:22, 11 August 2011 (UTC)
The image Image:Progressive Federal Party causus 1988.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. A recent edit added the following as a reference at the very start of the article ( diff):
Since that is not helpful to the article, I have moved it here in case someone wants to consider using the book as a reference for specific information in the article. Johnuniq ( talk) 07:57, 4 October 2010 (UTC)
The result of the move request was: Move to Internal resistance to apartheid. It will also be worth cleaning up the article with clearer references to South West Africa, which is mentioned a few times in the text. Cúchullain t/ c 14:36, 11 May 2015 (UTC)
Internal resistance to South African apartheid → Internal resistance to Apartheid – I don't think the "South African" part of the title is necessary. It was removed form the main article, why don't we do the same here? Charles Essie ( talk) 21:48, 3 April 2015 (UTC)
'Crowd control methods used by South African police at the time included mainly dispersement techniques, and many of the officers shot indiscriminately, killing 176 people, most by police violence.'
One non-sequitur and one apparent contradiction - needs work, I think.
