Merging Insalata Caprese and Insalata caprese
I assume it would be merged into the big "C" version because "Caprese" is a proper noun -

Link Plum Tomato instead of just Tomato
There is an entry for Plum Tomato, should that be linked instead of just Tomato? (Anon).
Maybe that is being too precise! Maybe we should have
San Marzano tomato just to be perfect? :) --

I oppose any proposal to delete this article. It is properly supported by citation from three reliable sources as given in the article. The
WP:PRD seems mischievous. --
