I did some research. Turns out Indian Muslim Council is an independent organization not affiliated to any other organization. This refers to
this edit.

While the subject is notable and I have removed some soapboxing as well as unrelated content, I still see the whole section
Indian American Muslim Council#IAMC objectives to be promotional, intended to promote the organization. @
Mean as custard: Can you carry out a cleanup?

This is evidently a Hindu nationalist organisation that has plagiarised the name of EU Disinfo Lab. They have targeted USCIRF
[1]. And the IAMC is part of it. --
