Both this article and the Swedish Wikipedia article say that the book has been translated into over 20 languages, but where do we find a source for this? Johan Norberg's website has a page showing covers of translated editions [1], but it's not up to date. For example, it doesn't mention the Russian or Mongolian (I kid you not!) translations (these were mentioned on Norberg's blog [2] [3]). Johan Norberg's news page [4] says "the total number of translations published and planned [my bold] is 27." Tamino ( talk) 15:52, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
Sounds sensible. Interestingly, I've just found an article that mentions in passing that the book has been translated into 25 languages. Tamino ( talk) 22:04, 8 January 2008 (UTC) Correction: "over 25 languages". Tamino ( talk) 22:04, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
Author's subject biography is nominated for deletion, on the basis of failing to meet criteria of notability. Further, as far as this particular article is concerned, a Cato publication -- or any think tank publication, for that matter -- generally doesn't merit its own article as it's essentially a privately-funded publication, not an academic or even a commercial publication.
