"Hulled Corn" is often given as an ingredient in historical recipes. In such recipes, it generally refers to the product we now most often call "hominy". How is redirecting to "husk" helpful at all to someone who is wondering what "hulled corn" is? If someone came to Wikipedia looking for an explanation of "hulled corn", would they discover that it is hominy on the "Husk" page? I don't think so. Even more confusing: The "husk" of corn is not the same as its hull—"husked corn" is a very different thing than "hulled corn". Visiting the "husk" page is far more likely to result in confusion than in clarity on this matter.
I propose redirecting to hominy. If no one objects, I shall make the redirect. If there are objections, I'll list under WP:RFD. The Jade Knight ( talk) 03:53, 23 March 2020 (UTC)
