I, a Sikkimese, didn't know she is living and is working as a tour guide! Good to know, she still lives. A fine lady she was and a very passionate person with our people. We all loved her, but the politics got into it, and the upper class probably felt threatened. Pity she couldn't be with her hubby when he died a lonely death. I would like to know more about her and the teacher who taught in her school - Joyce Cosset, another lovely person who so endeared to us. She had a lovely daughter too by the name of Danielle. Wish I could contact them in any which way Sisney dude 19:02, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
Actually, by the time the king died, she and he were divorced, so there was little reason to sit by his bedside, presumably. Mowens35 00:21, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
A little anomaly in the date the article was posted to Mowen's post is because I didn't use the tilde. Sorry there Sisney dude 19:06, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
Recently, I learnt Hope Cooke is in UK, living there probably. Can anyone confirm that? Sisney dude 14:06, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
Oh, thanx Mowens. That was so kind of you. Please keep me posted. Sisney dude 18:43, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
Actually, Hope currently lives in London and she has been divorced from Mike Wallace as of a few years ago. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Eddersway ( talk • contribs) 22:13, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
What a pretty lady she was! 'National Geographic' published the leading article on her and I kept that number for a long time beacuse there was a nice photo of Ms Cook on the cover. I think they said in that article that she had a small cosmetic operation to slant her eyes slightly. Popytrewq ( talk) 20:35, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
