Requested move 24 February 2017
The following is a closed discussion of a
requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a

The result of the move request was: no consensus that the Keane song is the primary topic.

Oppose the 1991 Primal Scream single charted at 40 in UK. The 2013 Keane single failed to chart except for in Belgium (where it charted behind the Natalia Druyts Eurovision song).
Google Books describes "Higher than the Sun" as Primal Scream's "masterpiece" but otherwise search confirms that there is no one
WP:PRIMARYTOPIC which has long-term encyclopedic significance over all other subjects combined

Oppose. The Primal Scream song is actually significantly more famous than the Keane song per se — if you told me that only one of the songs listed here had its own standalone article but made me guess which one, my guess would have been "Primal Scream, obviously". The fact that it currently just has a redirect to Screamadelica doesn't mean it couldn't have a standalone article, but just means nobody's put in the work to make it happen yet. (We do tend to be a bit worse about songs that predate the existence of Wikipedia than we are about songs that came out in the 2000s and 2010s, but that's not because there's an actual notability difference in principle — it's because editors tend to be lazier about working on topics that might require archival or microfilm research to source them properly than we are about topics where we can just toss in the URL of a current news story and walk away.) And when somebody finally does get the work done, we'll just have to move everything around again because Keane most certainly don't outrank Primal Scream in the "primary topic for this title" sweepstakes.

Support. This is the only subject of this title with an article, or more than mentions at any other article. At the very least, it should be moved to
Higher than the Sun (song), removing the artist name per
WP:SONGDAB, as we only include artist names when there are other articles on songs of the same title. Unless that changes, we need to follow our own guidelines.--

Support. There is only one article currently on WP using the title, so no need for any qualifier.

Oppose — I can see some of those being developed into an article, then we'll need another RM to move this back.
