Some clarification may be useful concerning the various forms of the word Heuriger:
Heuriger is the
nominative case when the word is used without an article (as for example in a dictionary entry) or with an indefinitearticle. Thus, ein Heuriger is "a Heuriger".
Used with a definite article or a
demonstrative pronoun, the word becomes der Heurige ("the Heuriger") or dieser Heurige ("this Heuriger").
According to the rules of
declension, most other singular and plural forms of Heuriger read Heurigen, for example bei einem anderen Heurigen "at a different Heuriger".
Like with words from other languages (cf.
Latinmedium versus plural media), I suggest in an
English language context we only use two forms: Heuriger (singular) and Heurigen (plural).
I have adapted the spelling in the article accordingly. Any comments?

As there is not "all-too-much" traffic on this talk page, I'd like to mention, as a first note: Even the deWP article
de:Heuriger was, up to now, "poor" (see its talk page on this, in case you read German).
Therefore, the enWP article ist "almost adequate" to acceptable WP-standards.
Having done some editing on
Anton Karas, recently, and therefore having come "here" as well as I came to the corresponding deWP article, I promise that I'll try to improve on thisone ASAP.
