This article really needs a POV-ectomy. Rick K 08:48, Mar 8, 2005 (UTC)

This article was written by someone with an imperfect command of English and an inability to be objective about the subject, and I've re-written it for clarity and neutral point of view. It is far from perfect, but certainly more encyclopedic than it was. Some notes on changes that I made:

She was one of Iran's best female vocalists. Hayedeh (born Masoumeh Dadeh-Bala) and her sister Mahasti (born Khadijeh Dadeh-Bala) truly had a great impact on Iranian pop music, combining elements of traditional Persian and Western-influenced rhythms. Hayedeh's beautiful voice would resonate throughout an entire auditorium, even without microphones and acoustics, and her voice had the kind of versatility that would easily make the transition from classical Persian music, to Iranian pop, a fusion of traditional Persian and Western music. She is truly missed, and will be remembered for the great singer she was.
Hello all...
An image used in the article, specifically Image:Hayedeh6.jpg, has a little bit of a licensing issue. The image was uploaded back when the rules around image uploading were less restrictive. It is presumed that the uploader was willing to license the picture under the GFDL license but was not clear in that regard. As such, the image, while not at risk of deletion, is likely not clearly licensed to allow for free use in any future use of this article. If anyone has an image that can replace this, or can go take one and upload it, it would be best.

she is kurdish why its not mention in the biography ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.49.2.12 ( talk) 22:57, 22 January 2009 (UTC)
For the section "external link", "Hayedeh Website" is not actually "Hayedeh website". It's not related to Hayedeh's family but is related to its producers. Thanks. -- 82.95.182.23 ( talk) 23:26, 15 May 2011 (UTC)

this ID: 91.98.45.92 repeatedly adds wrong information to Hayedeh page and changes her birth place from Tehran, to Kermanshah. Hayedeh was born in Tehran and her family also has confirmed that. I recommend you to blovk this IP from changing the page again. Thanks. -- 82.95.182.23 ( talk) 20:22, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
the ID 91.98.45.92 should be blocked because of repeatedly adding the wrong info about Hayedeh's birthplace, without citing a source. -- Discodancer2000 ( talk) 23:06, 7 August 2011 (UTC)
the user Tabande has deleted the profile photo of Hayedeh page but it has not been mentioned why. Please avoid such edits. Thank you. -- Discodancer2000 ( talk) 09:44, 10 August 2011 (UTC)

Why can I not make some small editorial changes to this? There are some errors in English (e.g. 'fundamental' for 'fundamentalist'), and there should be some mention of Hayedeh's collaborations with Muhammad Reza Shajarian and others. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 31.52.223.161 ( talk) 18:13, 20 October 2011 (UTC)

The article claims that she was born into a 'ethnically Azerbaijani family', however the two references provided do not seem to say anything about her ethnicity. This seems to contradict what I have heard myself about her (which in itself might also be inaccurate). I suggest that either a reliable source is added, or this removed. 93.163.144.110 ( talk) 23:34, 3 August 2020 (UTC)
