This pages citatitions could use a more detailed source: which part of the Han Fei Tzu are they from? I'm no expert on this work, but the summary seems rather one-sided. ~Roel — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.112.167.245 ( talk) 20:36, 10 January 2015 (UTC)

Han Feizi – Unnecessary disambiguation.

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Han Feizi's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "books.google.com":
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT ⚡ 22:39, 26 March 2018 (UTC)
I am trying to translate this article in French, but I don't understand the sentence bold part:
Han binds their programs (to which he makes no judgement, apart from observances of the facts) to systematic reward and penalty (the "Two Handles"), fishing the subjects of the state by feeding them with interests.
Is it possible to say it in other words? -- Dom ( talk) 11:20, 5 April 2021 (UTC)
I imagine you don't know english very well and are using google translate. He attracts subjects (people) with rewards. FourLights ( talk) 19:09, 13 July 2023 (UTC)

My discussion of shi with regards to chapter 40 may sound esoteric, but if you give a bit, I will produce a comparative for a back-end with backing in scholarship with two additional works. Although my work is not always productive in the sense that I continually re-hash and evolve my subject, I am active enough. In that regard, any interested person need not wait long to see what is done with it. However, I have some reference maintenance to perform on the Chinese Legalism page to bring everything together. FourLights ( talk) 10:14, 20 November 2023 (UTC)
Creel will receive a brief illustrated mention in the three elements section, probably together with Graham. FourLights ( talk) 09:49, 21 November 2023 (UTC)
I will rework and merge this section I wrote with wu wei as I have done on the Chinese Legalism page. Although I try to produce decent content, I think it would be better that way and I don't think anyone would disagree. FourLights ( talk) 03:51, 24 January 2024 (UTC)
