Can someone please clarify where it says, "....but like Notre Dame, Army did not go to bowls." As written, it implies that Army and Notre Dame made it a policy to not play in bowl games. The section on 1960 claims that Oregon State turned down the bid, but later, a claim in the table is made that Oregon State DID accept the bid, but no suitable opponent was found.
