Rather obvious coatracks.

We have an article about a suddenly “notable” subject, which somehow escaped every other writer on Wikipedia for 13 years, written up by a banned sock puppet whose usual modus operandi is to promote marginally or non-notable topics to promote a political viewpoint? That’s about as coatrackistic as coatracks get. The usual approach to something like this should be WP:DENY, not proxying for the vandal. Qwirkle ( talk) 17:12, 2 October 2018 (UTC) reply
