This article had huge number of external links [1] that did not appear to be directly related to the journal (not meet WP:EL). (Looked like a list of organizations, etc. dealing with globalization and health). If think the list is important, should convert it to a wikipedia list (list of articles on wikipedia about organizations dealing with health and globalization) or category. . However, the page has less than 100 words, so it might not meet
