When Dibden says "applause, cheers, flies etc." he is actually saying "applause, cheers, flowers etc." but in his pseudo-posh voice 'flowers' shounds like 'fliers'. Which should the article page use - 'flies', 'fliers' or 'flowers'? I think the latter.
