Any Google search for vinum Gazentum, Gaza wine, Ashkelon wine, Gaza jar, Ashkelon jar, Michael Evenari, Yavne wine industry, Shivta wine, Nessana wine, Mamshit wine - they all will produce good material & sources.
As you can glance from the list of searchwords and mainly from the art. stub, the topic is huge and with many ramifications: climate events, trade after collapse of empire, impact of religion on human activities, Muslim conquest, perhaps Early Muslim period and attitude towards wine, desert farming, long-range trade, and so on.
