Against. The article currently has no sources and isn't fleshed out, until it turns into a proper article I think its best to leave it up and edit it further, then decide from there.

Support Got a callup from the suggestbot. I must admit it is not an area I work in. Concerning the article, it is unsourced and has been there since 2006. It is unlikely to be updated any time soon. I think it will make a suitable merge source with some additional content from the German article and some suitable references, should they be available. It really needs to go and soon.
