There are some legitimate improvements to be made regarding ownership and plans of development, but the attempts have been unsuccessful. They met resistance on three counts:

• Removing large chunks of the existing article without an adequate explanation (edit summary "Correcting wrong name attribution")
• Replacing the sourced material with content that doesn't have a source (since sort of corrected)
• Redoing the update by using content copied verbatim from a source (so not really corrected)
