Support moving all of them - as Skinsmoke says, the Apure problem is easily solved with a hatnote plus there is a reduced chance of confusion as the river mainly flows through the state. On the question of Neuva Sparta, I think the state is the primary topic because of three factors; it is part of the second tier of Venezuelan government (i.e. the states) whereas the Salvadorean entity is part of the third tier of Salvadorean government (i.e. municipalities which form part of departments); secondly the state at 1,150 km² is about 13 times as large as the municipality (86 km²); thirdly the state (~436,000 people) has almost 200 times the population of the municipality (~2200 people).

Strong oppose. Official name is
Estado Falcón, thus in English,
Falcón State. But that aside, Falcón is a common name, so it is better for the link quality within in WP to have the state at a page that says so, be it "
Falcón (state)" or
Falcón State. All links to "Falcón" should then be cleant and directed to the correct page. If the state is at the title "Falcón" one does not see false links.
