Intention to edit

Hello, I am interested in editing this article. I gathered a bit of information in regards to what an exposure hierarchy is, and I would also like to include an example. If anyone has any further suggestions on how to improve this article, please let me know, I am willing to help.

Intention to Edit

Hi all,

I am a clinical psychologist interested in updating this page to build on the previous versions. In particular, I plan on adding research literature that specifies what elements (context, intensity, duration, etc) make some hierarchies more effective than others in achieving clinically significant change. I am happy to incorporate any other feedback on how to improve the page!
