I found this article from the Attempted assassination of Donald Trump, but I don't think Vucci qualifies as notable. There is one cited article from Time that talks about him at length, but I don't think that's enough. Many of the links just verify that his photographs are published by the Associated Press, they're not actually articles about him. Sounds like they're talking about things like V-J Day in Times Square or Raising the Flag on Iwo Jima. Possible the photo could rise to that status, but it ain't there yet. I would wait a week to see if the photo is still widely in use but let´s be honest. It will be. He was instead part of the Associated Press photography staff that won the Pulitzer Prize for Breaking News Photography in 2021.
