I found at least three books on the coffee industry and small business practices that give special attention to Espresso Vivace. Coverage of this company and its founder's role in creating and popularizing latte art is in the New York Times, Village Voice, Kansas City Star, several other books. That doesn't even count the extensive coverage in the Seattle Times and Seattle P-I, or the tourist guides. We should a void peacockery and a promotional tone, but it's obvious that this company has been given significant coverage for a number of topics: latte art, coffee shop business and entrepreneurship, cafe culture, and coffee roasting methods.
Content can be changed or removed for all sorts of editorial reaons, but deleting anything due to "notability" contradicts the notability guidelines, see WP:NNC. -- Dennis Bratland ( talk) 18:19, 8 November 2017 (UTC)
Much of the current article's content is about Schomer. Is Schomer notable enough for an independent article? --- Another Believer ( Talk) 20:04, 12 November 2017 (UTC)
