Oppose merge. There is much more to say about these subjects, but it is harder for the articles to expand when they are all combined. -- Arcadian 18:49, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

Under the production section I added a sentence about the tube lining formation. Richjoo ( talk) 17:17, 14 March 2013 (UTC)
I am considering developing this page further as part of an educational assignment in Fall of 2013. If someone else is also working on this, please send me a message and let me know soon, so we donʼt duplicate initial efforts in page development. Blairwal ( talk) 22:23, 6 October 2013 (UTC)
Perhaps it would be helpful to note that endoderm gives rise to to notochord, and perhaps discuss the various functions of the notochord during development? Blairwal ( talk) 22:30, 6 October 2013 (UTC)
The article states "The embryonic endoderm develops into the interior linings of two tubes in the body" which implies an exterior lining that is not described/referenced. Is there an "exterior lining" or should the word "interior" be deleted? If there is an exterior lining what is it called/comprised of? (I cannot sign in as the new Captcha doesn't work on "my device" - something for the communication review?) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.248.135.49 ( talk) 12:19, 6 March 2019 (UTC)
