Why is the part talking about her children titled "Issue". That feels a bit odd. Can someone else check this? (I cant think of a better name myself right now).

Look at other articles about royalty and nobility here on wikipedia. Its a very common section title for children. Just a fancy word for children as far as I understand. You can use the title children just as well.--
