Are there any other examples of Electric-steam locomotives apart from the Swiss ones? Around 2007 I made a proposal for an Electric-steam locomotive (based on a preserved fireless locomotive) to run from the third rail on the Royal Docks Heritage Railway but, as it never happened, it is not encyclopedic.
