I was going to work on this article to bring it closer to Good Article status. As I was reading the article and then looking at resources, I saw that there were several floods in the general area during the spring/summer of 2008. This article focuses on the effects of the rains of March 18 on southeastern Missouri. I'm proposing renaming the article March 2008 southern Midwest floods; (unless someone can come up with a less-pedestrian title). It would be difficult for me to work on the article with its current title, because it seems unfocused. Let me know what you think. Thank you for your input!
