David Eppstein: About the roughness of the citations I added- fair enough. I didn't notice you were using cs2 templates here, and didn't clean up the raw
crossref metadata well enough (e.g. JSTOR is
wrongly listed as the publisher). I appreciate the feedback; I'll try to be more deliberate about these things in the future. 〈
