I'm sure it is. But I'm also sure that's not the only cause. Anyone have access to sources that might help clarify and diversify the causes of dysesthesia? svadhisthana ( talk) 05:32, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
For a long time, I did not realize I had dysesthesia because of the language used in this article. The article links to a site on central pain made by a patient, and filled with rather drastic, and personal, language. It calls dysesthesia "Dante-esque pain" (as in Hell), and that patients "frequently lose their sense of identity." I believe we need to work on making this a more balanced and scientific article. - Cyborg Ninja 05:31, 21 January 2011 (UTC)
