Bangladesh government do not refer to its district and division heads as capital, but the terms are headquarters:
In most Wikipedia articles about these uses the word: capital, but it should not be so. Thus, I am inviting contributors to comment. --» nafSadh did say 19:18, 22 August 2014 (UTC)
