Oppose. The Norfolk town is a primary topic by long-term significance (having existed for hundreds of years), rather than a neologism (first used in 1987
[2] but even then not in a music context). It would be better to use natural disambiguation and move
Diss (music) to
Diss track or
Diss song.

This is curious, a Google Books search shows me the town for the first few entries, but then the bulk of the rest is reference to a contraction of the word "
dissertation". Probably safe to disambiguate fully, and reassess later. --

Without something more, a town winning the long term significance argument by default by virtue of existing is not enough to justify a primary topic over something that is multiple orders of magnitude more prevalent in everyday usage. The high number of other entries at the DAB page, and the low number of views (<50%) that the town gets even at the basename, supports the move. ----
