"His phone was not GPS-enabled so its location could not be determined."
I know the cited source contains that information, but presence of GPS in the device has nothing to do with provider's ability to locate the device. Even on GPS enabled device provider would have no access/use of it. Should that info be removed from the article then? Pbm ( talk) 12:17, 27 August 2018 (UTC)
