WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for Dino in terms of page views or long-term significance. Conjecture, but all of my local search views and news articles when I search "Dino" shows results for dinosaurs. Several other pages beat the name in page views, stats [

Support the character gets 2,288 views and the automobile gets 2,256 compared with only 956 for the name. The name may be primary by long-term significance but dinosaurs may also be so I'd have no primary topic as I don't think dinosaur are called "Dino" often enough for a primary topic. Crouch, Swale (

Support Dinosaur is the most common usage (i.e. what "first comes to mind" to English speakers), but the name is more encyclopedic since "dino" is a very informal epithet. Therefore there is no primary topic. --

Support - Dino is commonly used to mean many things, and I think there would probably be a fairly even split between those who would expect it to be a name (I certainly would), and those who would expect it to be a short form of "dinosaur" (which seems quite logical when I think about it).
