Founding Date Contradiction?

The "Del Taco Holdings, Inc." box at the top right shows "founded 1957 in Yermo, California." The article text under "History" (plus Del Taco's website) shows "founded in 1964 in Yermo, California." astorino ( talk) 08:28, 30 August 2012 (UTC) reply

This is missing the overexpansion and contraction 1979-81, and the lone outpost on St. Simons Island Ga. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.193.131.216 ( talk) 01:47, 29 October 2014 (UTC) reply

the 'history - 1970s' section mentions that "casa" was dropped from te brand name, but nowhere the original brand name (inluding te word "casa") is mentioned. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.118.139.125 ( talk) 09:47, 23 April 2015 (UTC) reply

In the 1980's section...

The phrase, "He was the mastermind..." << Is this OK? It seems like unsubstantiated opinion to me, and self-promotional. If others agree, I would suggest removing that phrase, or re-wording it to something more encyclopedic and neutral. Cheers. 73.6.96.168 ( talk) 17:36, 7 December 2021 (UTC) reply

"Founders" named in the sidebar

So, the founders of Del Taco were most definitely Ed Hackbarth and David Jameson. Who's the jokester who put "Watson Ferreri"? The only person by that name I can locate via Google is a 14-year-old from Okemos, Michigan. This.is.mattness ( talk) 16:56, 3 April 2024 (UTC) reply
