Oussou Konan Anicet wiki page makes no mention of ‘poisoning’ as the cause of death or any details regarding this. While I have no dispute one way or the other, I would expect it to be a very interesting cause of death that would have some serious data and information to back up the claim and explain the possible reason for such a death. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2.99.4.229 ( talk) 05:19, 25 December 2022 (UTC)
Another editor persists in describing prostitute procurer Jody Gibson (died 2 January) simply as a "madam". The primary article madam describes the term as "a polite and formal form of address for women", and says nothing about the sexual nature of the colloquial term. To assist readers' understanding, I think we should use a qualifier like "prostitution madam", but the other editor has reverted this too. I am interested in the opinions of other editors. Thanks. There is no mention of poisoning AFAIK, but this man died of a "sudden illness". [1]
Vietnamese sources reported he was poisoned.-- 79.24.120.74 ( talk) 14:35, 7 January 2022 (UTC)
Should we add Sidney Poitier's ambassador role? He held the position for ten years (1997–2007) and it was for a major country ( Japan)? -- TDKR Chicago 101 ( talk) 17:32, 7 January 2022 (UTC)
TMZ has revealed his cause of death to be Alzheimer's, heart failure and prostate cancer as per as per this new article. His entry on the Deaths in 2022 is already long enough. Should we remove "film director and activist" or one of his credits to make room for the death causes, or just leave it out altogether? I'm wary that entries shouldn't run into two lines when being viewed on a browser screen. Thanks -- Jkaharper ( talk) 00:14, 19 January 2022 (UTC)
He is listed as having died January 12, 2022 but someone keeps deleting my edits on his page. Did he pass away or not? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.87.248.39 ( talk) 00:57, 16 January 2022 (UTC)
Roth was born in Veľká Sevljuš in Czechoslovakia (now Vynohradiv in Ukraine) in 1924. In my view, it makes him Czechoslovakian-born, since the town was under Czechoslovakian rule then. He is not Czech-born since it was not the Czech Republic, and he was not Ukranian-born since it was not under Ukranian rule then. -- Marbe166 ( talk) 21:17, 22 January 2022 (UTC)
I’m asking this as a means of clarification. Savin was reported as being discovered dead in his cabin after his boat overturned. But it’s now been revealed he was not recovered. So, would this make it a disappearance and we wait until he’s declared legally dead, or does this operate as an obvious drowning and keep him on the page?
