It is being questioned as to whether or not the Daniel Fienberg review from ePinion is actually from THE Daniel Fienberg. Until this one review is confirmed as his, I have removed it to the talk page. No sense watering down the stew.
Daniel Fienberg wrote for Epinions that Lions Gate might have been wiser to avoid this film. He felt that the limited setting of being filmed much aboard the boat also limited the director. He wrote that the best thing about the film was the authenticity of its locations, with it having been shot in Rio and off Brazilian coast, but noted the repetion of the shots of "coastline and sunsets and hills make you wonder if the film was sponsored by the Brazilian tourism board."
