The result of the move request was: Moved. Good arguments both in support and opposition; however, there is clearly more weight given to there being no clear primary topic for the "Daytona" title. ( non-admin closure) Rules of enpagement Paine 05:48, 28 August 2016 (UTC)
Daytona (disambiguation) → Daytona – I very much doubt that Daytona Beach, Florida is the primary topic of "Daytona". For most people, "Daytona" is the Daytona 500, or the Daytona International Speedway. For me (a non-Floridian), searching plain "Daytona" on google brings up results for the race track before any other searches. All three get practically equal amounts of pageviews, with Daytona 500 #1. Yes, the other "Daytona"s derive from Daytona Beach, but I don't believe it registers as immediately being the city to the common person.
