@ Hurricane Noah, Hurricanehink, and Jason Rees: If any of you have some spare time, would you be able to conduct a quality review of this article on Cyclone Savannah that I have just published? Thanks in advance. ChocolateTrain ( talk) 01:16, 22 May 2019 (UTC)
The following news articles contain information regarding damage figures from Savannah:
Applying significant figures conventions for addition, this totals at >Rp106 billion. Utilising an IDR to AUD conversion of Rp10,045.38 per AU$1, and an AUD to USD conversion of AU$1.411 per US$1, and calculating based off the unrounded figure, this gives >US$7.5 million. Note that two significant figures should be used for the USD total, as three suggests that we know the IDR value to the nearest Rp100 million, which we do not—the limit of our precision is the nerest Rp 1 billion.
If any other sources are found with further damage information, please add them below this post, but still within the same section (add a Level 3 section heading).

Please use the website for currency conversion, such as https://www.xe.com. On 8 March (the cyclone formed and affected Bali), it gave 1 IDR = 0.0000708 USD and 0.0001007 AUD, which yield 7.5 million USD and 10.7 million AUD. -- B dash ( talk) 02:37, 27 May 2019 (UTC)
I notice two mentions of dates in the article with context of impacts - March 13 and 17th. On the former, the storm was nearing the Cocos Islands, and for the latter it was even farther from indonesia. I don’t speak Indonesian, but I have to ask: did the officials in Indonesia actually attribute the flood event to Savannah? Those dates make me question the narrative. If not, then maybe the article should be moved to April 2019 Java flood or something. Hurricanehink mobile ( talk) 13:18, 27 May 2019 (UTC)
