Crotalus lutosus → Great Basin rattlesnake – (as per Wikipedia:Naming_conventions_(fauna)#Use_the_most_common_name_when_possible) The common name "Great Basin rattlesnake" unambiguously refers to this taxon. Hence article should be at common name. The current material at Great Basin rattlesnake is misleading and should be over-written as it is incorrect. That page's article creator cites the name is used for two other taxa Crotalus oreganus and Crotalus viridis, however looking online it seems as though this was because the taxon lutosus was considered a subspecies of each of these species in the past.
