OK, the Daikatana thing is NPOV. I challenge you to find any human being who would call the game good, enjoyable, or fun. I DARE YOU! --Vonguard, 05:00, 18 September 2004
I added the end of life section. feel free to clean it up, although it is already pretty clean... I might add more to the Controversy section about CGW discontinuing review scores. --66.25.87.53, 05:32, 3 August 2006
The CGW Archive has gone missing and I can't find a new location or even evidence of people talking about it. Anyone know what happened? Tut21 16:29, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
Should it be mentioned that the magazine is intended for mature audiences or better, young adults? They sell and advertise Adult games, the advertisements sometimes contain sex, profanity and violence. The reviews cover ESRB M rated games as well. Wings10 17:32, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
Ziff Davis had a very popular magazine called PC Gaming World. Is this related to "Computer Gaming World"? PC gaming world is mentioned nowhere on wikipedia it seems.... Here is an example cover: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/46650453/PCGW/pcgw-42.JPG — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.67.69.8 ( talk) 16:51, 21 August 2012 (UTC)
In the UK, Computer Gaming World was renamed as PC Gaming World. This was also mentioned in the letters/correspondence section of the magazine where a number of readers bought the magazine thinking that more than just PCs were covered in terms of "Computers", i.e. games consoles, arcades, etc.
Why are these two not even mentioned? CGW UK seems to have started with issue 1/97 and probably(!) ended the same year in july. Spanish CGW started with 12/95 and ran atleast until 11/96. 93.215.43.135 ( talk) 09:00, 15 June 2013 (UTC)
The article since 2008 has been tagged as needing "additional citations for verification". Although that is still the case as of mid-2017, the problem is less acute, as in 2014 I added several new references (mostly from The New York Times) to support existing content of the article. I just wanted to note that progress has been made since the article was tagged. I hope others will also be able to contribute further to keep improving the article. Thank you.( talk) user:Al83tito 20:30, 04 July 2017 (UTC)
