This article needs to discuss committee people for other parties besides Democratic and Republican. For example, I know that Green Party has committeepeople for some of the Chicago wards and suburban civil townships, but are they elected during the US-IL primaries like those of the Big Two? I do not know. What about other small parties - do they have committeepeople too, and how are they selected? Acwilson9 ( talk) 03:02, 7 March 2020 (UTC)
I do not know how to edit for the Green Party but they should be included on here too. - Anna Schiefelbein volunteer@ilgp.org Sept. 26, 2021 Sunshinebetter ( talk) 02:29, 27 September 2021 (UTC)
Ideally, this list (current to early 2020) would be replaced with a "See..." link to Cook County Democratic Party#Committeepeople, which uses "<double-left-curly brackets>Cook county democratic committeemen<double-right-curly-brackets>". However, that "Cook county democratic committeemen" list is STALE - only correct "As of 2017-2018". Acwilson9 ( talk) 03:15, 7 March 2020 (UTC)
I think this article should be moved to Committeepeople (Cook County, Illinois) since they legally changed the official title to committeepeople in 2018.
