Qualifier/Units needed when percentages given

In the section "Flavors", the percentages (1.37, 1.31, and 1.31) given for caffeine content in different coffee roasts should have a unit (mg/g) or at least a qualification as to whether the measurement is being done by volume or weight (or some other method).
