I don't know how to fix the page, but the big block quote starting "Whilst in no sense" is from the Anders/Eartherly book, page 6. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.182.56.12 ( talk) 22:02, 18 July 2017 (UTC)
211.50.61.226: I think there may be some good information in the changes you made that could be incorporated into the article if done properly. I reverted your changes because they seem designed to advance a thesis (that Eatherly's post-bombing remorse and pre-bombing wartime activity were exaggerated) but relies mostly on third-person allegations rather than cited facts, and furthermore you deleted material that contradicts your preferred interpretation, including Eartherly's own written testimony.
Your section that reads:
would be a useful addition to this article if made as an addition (not replacement) of the material already there, and if it described more of the factual information that Huie used to draw his conclusions. Perhaps you could quote directly from Huie's book and also describe what makes Huie "famed" as an authority on this subject. - Moorlock 23:35, 28 September 2005 (UTC)
Its not my topic but Huie was famed for being an author, not for being an authority on the topic of Claude Eatherly.--Buckboard 09:45, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
Huie's opinions are no more valid than yours or mine on the topic. I vote that this section to be deleted. 2.101.52.103 ( talk) 08:58, 11 January 2012 (UTC)

I have tagged this article for problems with the named references and for lack of inline citations. The references seem to be in the "Further reading' section and few if any have complete publication data, i.e. name of publisher, date of publication, year, ISBN. There are very few inline citations and those that are there do not include page numbers. Some of the sources listed appear to be original research or self published, but it is hard to tell because of a lack of publication information. Cuprum17 ( talk) 18:18, 26 May 2013 (UTC)
