This article has information of value and potentially meets the criteria for notability. I'm sorry but the QRC at CCSF does not meet WP:N at all. I deny your request to withdraw, please feel free to participate in the deletion discussion. On a side not this article has been around long enough to try and establish its notability. It is definatly a verifiable place but not a place worth mentioning on an encyclopedia.
