I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Cincinnati Bearcats football's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

If anyone is interested joining this Season article campaign, Cincinnati is still on the list as needing articles created. Mjs32193 ( talk) 02:04, 15 December 2018 (UTC)
I just noticed new "rivalries" have been added. Cincinnati-Memphis and Cincinnati-Xavier. I'm not sure at what point a matchup becomes a rivalry. It seems there is some basis for the one with Xavier as I noticed a linked article documenting it. I did not check yet on Memphis, but I've been following Bearcats football for about 15 years and I would never have called Memphis a rival. Maybe someone who has been following the team for longer has some historical context i am missing. I'm curious what the basis was for including them. Is there a guideline on this somewhere.
