(A) Does it mean that there are three separate parts of Montreal called Cartierville? (B) or does it mean there is one place with this name that is contained within several different administrative areas of the city (as you could say that "Brownsville" is a neighborhood in District X of the Borough of Brooklyn, County of Kings, of the City of New York)? Either way, the current wording is extremely confusing. --
