The text under Bill Maher's picture says that his Real Time with Bill Maher show was lampooned in this FG episode.
Brian the dog's pretensions and cynicism certainly were lampooned, and 'self help' books were mocked. However, Real Time itself wasn't lampooned in any way according to the definition of 'lampoon'. Maher's show was used for an experimental live action section of Family Guy and to have Maher as a guest star. But his show itself wasn't criticised, mocked or satirised. It was portrayed accurately and came across quite well.
