This is another semi-obscure organization that spends $20 million annually of the taxpayers money, more than many towns and villages, which are "automatically" considered notable. It appears that the name has been changed to "Housing Authority of Brevard" offering both low-rent and section 8 housing. It appears to partner with Housing Authority of Melbourne which offers low-rent only. The link in the header is now wrong. See http://www.gosection8.com/public-housing-authority/Brevard-FL/ and http://www.habc.us/Home/tabid/7121/Default.aspx which doesn't have all the info the web page promises.
