Mangodi

In the western part of India especially in Rajasthan these dried lentil dumplings are known as 'Mangodi'. Basically the term 'mang' refers to moong dal which is a commonly available fine short yellow lentil.

Whereas, in the north Indian state of Punjab the lentil dumplings are mixed with spices and is known as 'Vadi'. Dr. DB1mini ( talk) 12:55, 25 June 2024 (UTC) reply
